Payment: We ask a deposit in advance to confirm the service.

Cancellation Policy: It is allowed to make a cancellation for FREE up to 05 days before your trip, after that the deposit made in advance will not be refunded.

Children’s Policy: All kids pay the normal fear; when making your reservation, don’t forget to let us know how old they are. Kids under 08 years old will need the child car seat, but no worries, we are going to provide it;

Transfer Policy: Since it is a private transfer, there are two different vehicles, up to 04 people or up to 06 people with different prices. Please let us know which one you would like to book;

Guide in additional language: If you require a guide in English, it could have an additional cost, please, contact our customer service team;

Special dates alert: For special dates such as holidays, carnaval, New Year’s eve and Christmas, the value of the service may change;
